“My name is Singleton Kastamangas. That’s Macedonian for ‘Man of few words.’ My story requires many words, but the problem is: I don’t have much time. You see, I just went over the railing of the Ambassador Bridge.”
And so the story begins—a funny story about loss loosely based upon The Tibetan Book of the Dead.
Negatunity follows one day in the life of technical writer Singleton Kastamangas after he makes a shattering personal discovery.
When we first meet him, Singleton struggles to keep to his day-to-day: following routine, going to work, fulfilling his responsibilities. Soon, though, the reverberations of this personal discovery send him into a speed-wobble destabilized by memory and trauma.
